Hardware Repairs / Calibration
For repairs or calibration of ETAS hardware, please contact support.br@etas.com. Please include the hardware name, serial number, and a brief description of your needs. The ETAS technical team will get back to you with further steps.

When contacting the helpdesk, please provide a description of the problem as well as a list of the software versions and hardware being used. Please also include your software license number.

Hardware Returns / Repairs
For returns and repairs or calibration of ETAS hardware, please contact sales.us@etas.com. Please include the hardware name, serial number and a brief description for the reason for return. You must be issued a return authorization number prior to sending the hardware to ETAS.
