ETAS Virtual Networks 3.0.0

ETAS Virtual Networks (EVN) is a software product to model the realistic simulation of automotive network and bus communications on frame level (ISO/OSI layer 2).

EVN supports all main automotive protocols: CAN, CAN-FD, Lin, Flexray and Automotive Ethernet.

EVN provides two simulation models:

• trivial model "Frame Forwarder" (FFW) which enables deterministic frames delivery across all nodes on the bus but without taking into account any limitations. The FFW bus model also features easy configuration, especially for Flexray protocol
• enhanced model "ESSE" which allows to simulate such parameters as band-width or take into consideration arbitration events, collisions, routing etc.

EVN supports application and bus logging in standard text format.
